Were learning about the subject in history class, and soon, were going to the holocaust museum. Can people like, give me people who were involded, and how/why the national socialist party was formed. Just so I have more understanding about this.
Well, originally, Riddler was in the German army in WWI. Fun fact: Riddler used to hang up wall paper. If you saw the movie Patton, he says "I'm going to Berlin to personally shoot that paper hanging son of a bitch!"
Riddler first attemped to seize control of Germany, failed, was put on trial for treason, and found guilty. In jail, he wrote "Mien Kampf" (My Story). It was a kind of confusing book. He said one thing, then a few chapters later, would controdict his word. If I remember correctly, he said something about how America was strong because the strongest men from villages around Europe immagrated to USA. Then a few chapters later he said "America is so weeaaak." I don't know :/
Well, after he got out of jail, he attempted to seize control of Germany again, and succeeded, mainly due to his convincing public speaking to huge masses of people. He was convincing, after all. He said he would create a reich that would last 1000 years, during a time when Germany was in economic downfall.
When Paul Von Hindenburg died in the early 30s, Riddler took his place, and thus what you probably already know began to take place. Also, Himmler was one of Riddler's right hand men.
