How should I go about making the Sealed Sword?

you can't make the sealed sword, you have to defeat the royal jelly enough times to get enough tokens to buy it from brinks the token trader. otherwise you could buy it from the auction house but those prices are crazy.

what damage do you want to deal the most?

if normal, go for the leviathan blade/wild hunting blade/dread venom striker
if piercing, go for the final flourish/barbarous thorn blade
if elemental, only go for the divine avenger if you think you can handle being slow as forget, otherwise go for any brandish path(except nightblade)
if shadow, go for the acheron.

Except the Acheron does this too, except 10 times better because you aren't slow as forget and don't constantly have to worry about cursing yourself.
