Personally I think this will make the human race seem more boring. What's the fun of downloading stuff into your brain?
Sure it's useful for needing to know something quickly, but after a while everyone will know the same stuff and minds well say they are all the same.
I don't know about you but I like talking to people with different levels of knowledge. If that makes sense.
But people could only learn what has been programmed, so if you went outside the set download thingy and worked at something in your own time you would be able to get further than any master and know things that nobody else in the world knows.
I would pretty much just want to learn some sick-ass fighting skills and also how to break dance like a pro.
Though when you think about it, if this was real and everybody was able to just download kungfu.dll in a few minutes, schoolyard fights would go from a few punches to running along buildings throwing ninja stars at eachother.
