Why don't instead of flaming you act nice to him and instead speak to him about it, I'm not trying to dismiss the thread although it might work better then flaming him.

Why don't we give being nice and kind to him one more try, He seems like he might be able to act better if we atleast give him a chance, Perhaps he started to act like that as a result of viewing post's from other users and thus started to think like that? He deserves atleast once last chance.
