What is this?
This is a Minecraft server running TerraFirmaCraft.

Game mechanics
-No whitelist/sending applications
   On my previous server I hosted with Okiver (Which I wont ever
   do again because he's a richard.) I used an application system
   Where you'd have to post a simple application. If you
   did not do that you wouldn't be able to destroy blocks.

   On this server I don't really want to do that.
   Instead you'd make/join a town and buy a plot to protect
   yourself from griefers.


-Towns?
   Yes towns, I believe towns are a good sollution to this griefing
   problem we would probably get if we didn't implement any protection.
   So here is how it works:
   Gather 3 people that want to create a town,
   The mayor pays x amount of money,
   An admin comes and protects their land.

   Joining a town is much easier.
   Just ask the mayor of the town to join.

   The points of towns are;
   Motivating people to work together to create big stuff
    and
   Not needing an admin every time someone wants a plot.

   What's inside the town and whether there's tax or not
   is up to the mayor.


-Money
   We'll be trading with natural resources. No mods.

-PvP
   PvP will be disabled in towns and the wild. This is because
   I don't really want it to turn into a "Kill and loot" kind of thing
   in the wild. But I do like the idea of having arenas in towns.
   I'm not sure how to make a PvP terrain but at the start of the
   server we don't really have to worry about that.

The server is hosted in Montreal (Canada)
I haven't experienced lag and I live in The Netherlands.
It's hosted with 1gb ram.

The point is that you can't be griefed if you're in town
