Admin Applications are a horrible idea

Still, I'd rather feel comfortable admining people I have a relate connection to, even if it's just "That person I see on my server a lot" It's dedication. These fill outs is like fish bait, most people probably just fill them out so they can be admin.

understandable, what you are basing is an opinion, something you shouldn't force, i agree in some standards.

so if they don't act how you want them to act to be an admin, you perma ban them, trolling really shouldn't be worth a permanent ban unless they have done something to add onto that ban with.
I would never leave you alone in a server with admin.

Perma ban for a time, like a month. Not forever.
