I actually check with the people who suggested them and ask them how they did, that determined my decision, yes most of the time it's a dumb idea but if you put limits and actually check with the suggesters, it can be fine. |

And if I trust him he'll get Admin, and if he trolls, tooken off admin list and a perma-ban for a while. |
