How to fix low FPS in flash games?

I dont know why, but whenever I play flash games I get a really low FPS, and I can't seem to fix it.

Chrome, and I have the latest version of Flash

same problem, goggle chrome, latest flash.

Ads slow down the performance.
I don't know if blocking ads is some kind of piracy.
