There are people that join Kaphs on the 1st to watch the later timezones tick over. Kalphiters New Years server has sort of become an iconic part of the community in the last few years. It always gets a massive player count and he syncs the countdown to be as accurate as possible. The only way someone could better this is if they developed a better build, perhaps with more interactivity and interest , and used something like a local chat to stop chat spam. Kalphiters party is a little obnoxious due to the 200 people vying to be heard lol. |

I'm not trying to better Kalph, because well, he's Kalph. It can't be done. He'll end up shunning anyone who tries to compete with him. I'm in CST which I believe is GMT -6. It happens the day after Kalph's regardless, so there's no point in having a countdown or anything of the sort. |
