Um, first, you need to spend a good amount of time designing and building the rocket with enough force to lift such a heavy space craft, then, you need to build said space craft, then you need to creat the proper equipment for construction, survival, emergencies, etc. All in all, it should take you about 3-4 years to complete such a feat.

Space Program started with our ally.With our funding, we can make the rocket in 3/4 a year, that will carry up to 600 people, supplies. A 2nd rocket will carry the space station parts.. With the minerals we are recieving, we will get it in 1/2.Still taking SA, and looking for an alliance with Dug's country. We start expanding south into Africa, peacefully going around the other colonies and nations.
