For some reason the colors are working like this for me,

Where the numbers say 1 1 0, I loaded the brick and the color came out red. The color after red is yellow so I decided to change 1 1 0 to 1 1 1. And guess what, the bricks came out yelllow. Is this how the colors work, do I just need to change the last number and that will be code in order the way the inventory goes?

"1 1 0" is not the color. The color is one number.

Yeah that's what I was referring to, I think I said last number, I included "1 1 0" so I could be clear and not confuse you with another number or anything. Thanks Port you've really been helpful, I noticed there is a BLB reference sticky but that didn't help. Thanks again!

That's for BLB files, the format for brick type/shape/etc definitions. This is BLS, the brick save format.

I used that reference for the Color values, like the graph one of the first people sent me.
