I would have deffinatly declined that. It has an EXTREME lack of recommendations. 2 people and 1 that i have never heard of. Just an overall weak application.
Also, on Frosting's application, I would decline it because the only part that is true proof, recommendations, is pretty weak. Just my opinion.
Finally, Kong, you need to be pretty harsh on applications. This is a largely populated server and needs top notch admins.
