Why would you want admin?: To help out the server and to enforce the rules
How do you think you could help the server?: Easy, I'm a pretty good eventer and if you needed any thing I'd be there to help. If there was a glitch that I couldn't fix I'd report it and I'd be happy to help people.
WARNING
I do have anger issues, so if people set me off I may get very aggressive with those people.

Well this is the third time I've had to re-apply. You keep having more checks on admins.

Which is why you shouldn't be admin on any server until you fixed those
