Need help with starting a gmod mod.

I would like to make a gmod computer mod like computercraft for minecraft but I don't know where to start. I know lua but idk how to really set up the mod and stuff like that. So how would go about making this?

Info:

1.I want to use a model already in the game.
2.I want you to be able to press e (or whatever the use key is for the user) and use it like the gTerminal mod.
3.It must work on gmod 13.
