Greenscreen/Bluescreen with the enviroment?

I'm just wondering if there has been anything at all for bluescreen/greenscreen.
I remember that we had maps for them but do we have skyboxes or ground textures?

I made the Renderman Detector icon this way. Just make sure you change the fog too
