Omega Spartan abused the clearTools event, probably by onProjectileHit along with a delay. I'm not sure, though.

Makes sense, I could probably fix that though.

This server has some issues...
-No checkpoint bricks.
-Not many variety of weapons
-Really low vehicles limit
-A lot og cigarettes in the server.
Try and improve maybe?

-A lot og cigarettes in the server. No matter how many ogs of cigarettes there are, that's not the host's fault.
