What are the worst properties a build can have?

That can be done right. There are times when having an additional inner-wall is redundant.

Well it mostly looks the most horrible if all the features I listed are together, I was kind of saying if a build had all the features that I described.

when i was still newish i would always make the walls of my houses all 1x1x5 because i didn't want to mess with a bunch of different kinds of bricks
then someone yelled at me for doing so and i stopped
