What are the worst properties a build can have?

I really doubt it, but they have both these and about half of these

IMO the pattern on its own is pretty bad.

I actually love the pattern the 1x2f bricks make. I'm more annoyed by the box buildings that have only one side detailed and the rest being flat. While it is acceptable for modern buildings, but most people are trying to make older buildings that way, and that won't work, sorry. I also don't like it when people overdo ornamentation on the building.
