He also teleported to the yard when a prisoner was escaping, teleported me outside and gave me the dog gun, then teleported back inside and killed all the guards.

first off, i did not kill all the guards I killed 1 and resurrected him right after. He asked to see the gun so I showed him it. 2nd I did teleport you out to show you gun. I have seen other admins out with the gun. So, if it is a problem just let me know.
