Every cell except one is escapable.
There's a 12.5% chance you'll end up in that one, so just use teamchat to ask for help getting out.
That's the worst case scenario. Although guards let everyone out like 99% of the time, you shouldn't expect that.

What the forget is wrong with this server? An admin teleported everyone to himself and then shot everyone. Another admin mounted me into someone elses hand. Then I got perma'd.
EDIT: A friend of mine just got perma'd because he made a remark on the awful quality of the build. forgets sake man, if you can't even stand a bit of criticism on the internet I wish you the best of luck in real life. Ugh.

Repeatedly actually means several times. So unless you consider 'Hello.' an insult to your magnificent server-hosting skills it's anything but repeated.
On a side note, I think it's well placed if someone in real life treats me like an ass in his 'server' by ruining the entire concept of it by teleporting people all over the damn place to at least make a remark on how stupid that is. If I didn't do that I'd just be an idiot that lets himself be walked over.
EDIT: Here's some constructive criticism:
* Don't teleport people all over the place;
* Don't mount people to other people;
* Don't ask for donations on a server that costs 6 dollars per month;
* Don't build huge statues of yourself on the server as some propaganda method. There's this thing called immersion;
* Don't hide buttons that turn people into cows around the map. COWS;
* Try to match some degree of realism if you call it a Jail RP. Maybe rename it to 'tezuni's fantasy dictatorship jail island'. Real jails tend to not have acid pits with jumping platforms built into them with a weapon reward at the end that alerts every single armed police officer in the entire server that they are now armed, and their exact location;
* Jails don't have tanks in their yards;
* Don't make 9 out of 10 cells in a jail escapable. That's just beyond belief;
* Stop giving cops one-shot-kill weapons.
