Maybe prisoners inside a jail shouldn't have powerful weapons in the first place. I don't really get what you mean by 'streaker vs cops munis tank is no contest'. The top 2 did however happen AND i got banned for saying it's stupid that it happened, too.
You actually GET stuff if you donate too? That's even worse.
Also, I hate to show off builds I made, but I think I did a pretty decent job at making a realistic jail that by playtesting shows around and about 50% of the time prisoners manage to escape.

If there is a streaker, its hard to kill them.
Tank was added.
Prisoners can get Baldr, Flak Cannon, C4, etc.
So cops get OSRs.
Jails that have a minimal amount of stuff in the name of being realistic are less fun in my opinion.
With Tezuni's, escape is possible, there are battles at the gate, and it isn't MP7 vs frying pan.
I like having a jail that is largely TDM based, because you get actual weapons and you have to find them.
Edit: Other than the random fetching and banning, I think the jail is a pretty balenced place.

I only made one remark, "This build looks terrible" but i really don't think anyone takes your words for granted anymore since you've been acting like douche on steroids.
Oh and about giving critisim on your server affects me IRL relates as much as thoothpaste on a wooden shelf and scrambled eggs served by a fish in overalls.
All by all stop doing stuff that makes you look as stupid as a sack of hot doorknobs.
