No it's not. If you pick up a wep and you don't want to be wanted or don't want to use it and be possibly killed, you should go clear.
Then it becomes a freekill. :/

But if you drop it, it doesn't count? Then that means its still broken.
Touch one centimeter of the ground of the vent but don't go in? Not counted as free kill.
And the admins don't even give a forget if your free killed if their alarm didn't go off.

If you drop it in front of a cop, it counts. It's just a matter of the clear and drop system not fully removing your wanted ness. Although I killed someone who shot at me before clearing and it said it was a freekill. so I think the system is working.
I know when a freekill goes off and I do what I need to do. I ask the player to explain, if he's lying etc I will kick him/ban him if it's multiple freekills, and then resurrect the player who was freekilled.
If you don't go into the vent, if you go one centimeter of the ground, you won't be wanted. It's when you pass a certain brick that you get wanted.
