Hey Jeep I know how to stop the auto-updater.
READ ALL BEFORE PROCEEDING:

1. Make sure Blockland is NOT in fullscreen.
2. Launch it.
3. As SOON as you see the auto-updater screen, disable your internet!
4. Cancel the updater (should be easy.)
5. Re-connect your internet
6. Put in auth-key.
7. Join server via IP.

Its simpler than that...
