| Lights only become lit up when closer to them? |

For a odd reason when I am near lights if I'm farther back I cant see them all I see is the brick glowing. Closer up I can see the lights. Farther away where I cant see the lights. Closer up where I can see them. How do I fix this? |

It's an engine problem. The engine only supports rendering 8 lights, so only those of them that are closest to your camera will render. Flares don't count, those are basically the same as particles. |
