No, it is ridiculous. When two indie developers spend like 5 years on an engine they're not going to just throw those 5 years of work away for reasons I can hardly even fathom from your post. The work they've done is in no way applicable to other engines because (if you understood engines) the situation is entirely different.

Blockland is a building game and it does building well - there is no reason to re-do 5 years of work just so you can have vehicles with dynamic damage. You're mental.

Also being a jerk and knowing what you're talking about aren't mutually exclusive and I routinely do both.

Hey Jeep, you will have my full support for this and I will be full one hundred percent behind you!

Lmao, this guy.

An engine switch is unnecessary. Badspot and Kompressor are working to make the current engine better. It takes a long loving time because they are just two people. The things that we NEED for a lego building game on the internet are already here. The things that we want are on the way. For instance, the next logical step is either:

Reduced lag for all machines
Better vehicle-brick collision handling.

My official adult life long goal-

Become a game designer
Remake blockland efficiently
all money goes to badspot
The fact that this will actually happen
