Get better monitors, those look pretty stuffty.
I understand you don't want to spend a lot, but it's worth the extra money: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236175

all that GPU power seems wasted on the small-ish screens IMO

also never heard of that brand. maybe go with something better trusted.

Apart from anything else, I would not trust the stands on those monitors to hold up a feather, definitely look for something else

COMPUTERS R SERIOUS BUSINESS
What monitors are those? 0.0
They look quite similar to the three I have

ok so i'm going to install ubuntu on a partition, is there anything i should be aware of? an article i read said it automatically makes a partition.

I have an AOC moniter, and can vouch that they are decent. Not the best, but they're great for what they're priced at. When I was on an insanely tight budget bought one for $100, it's pretty good. Handed it down to a friend for $50, he's happy with it, too.

>see if i can go out to a computer store so i can get some non stuffty fans
>find out its currently closed
>it closed one minute ago, at 6:00

did you end up getting that keyboard?

best single gpu video card? don't know should i get a 7970 or 680 or wait for new gpu's (8000 series and 700 series)

gaming, gonna overclock

ubuntu hates windows 7 and therefore windows 7 does not boot half of the time upon installation...

...at least for me.

so besides the monitors how's the build?

the installer brought my system to a standstill, had to a hard restart. I'm not going to be installing it.

Looks to me like you did the classic "spend lotsa money on a really good gpu and then try to save money everywhere else"

I think you should invest at least another hundred into your build to get better monitors, an i5-3750k, and an aftermarket cpu cooler
