Everything is here, guys.

It's time.

Alright, fair enough, but you're still better off with an Intel CPU; an i3 isn't much more expensive than the Athlon you chose and is faster overall. Here's a build with an i3, twice the RAM and better graphics for only $5 more: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Chipskate/saved/#view=fPMKHx
EDIT: Just noticed the case I picked doesn't have very good cable management. Still keeping it in the build since it's not terrible, but here are some alternatives:

I know I can put in more, I'm just going off of what she wants. I'll show her what you suggested though.

Bought myself a grounding mat and another anti-static wristband in case I need one (This one is wireless, I wonder if it even works.). Also bought another 1TB HDD considering that I'm apparently going to be putting my old drive into my new PC so I don't have to move anything.

I honestly want to rid myself of that drive, it's old and cluttered and I want to start completely fresh.

Also saw that my dad bought a cloud storage system for the entire house, so that's cool.

YO WHATS THE BEST GAMING PC I CAN BUILD FOR UNDER $500?

Deadass broke and can't shell out any more than that at the current time. I don't need a keyboard, a mouse, or a monitor.

While looking at parts for my sisters rig I noticed that I can just barely afford a new GPU. Whats a good 2gb graphics card thats around $100? I know about this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r7260xoc2gd5 and this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5oc
My mobo: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
My PSU wattage: 450 80 bronze

I go for ASUS personally, though that's only due to brand preference. They should both be just as good as each-other realistically, though the MSI one has a higher boost clock out of the box

The ASUS one looks like it has a better cooler, so I'd go for that one

Any cheap GPU that can run soft shaders higher than 60FPS?

Define cheap

edit: Searched a bit. I'd recommend this at the very minimum for what you're demanding.

If you can go an extra mile:

If your definition of 'cheap' is clearly flawed:

(I think that would probably do it, actually though)

By "cheap" I meant around $100-$200.
That MSI card looks pretty good, I'll look into it.
