To be fair, Romer-G switches are not that bad. Sure it is no cherry switch but has the same tactical feel but less clicky nature to it yet I find it to be a very enjoyable typing experience compared to a lot of keyboards I have tried.

To be honest, to some like myself, 139.99 is not that expensive. I enjoy the Romer-G's that I tried out at Microcenter first before buying and really enjoyed them versus the cherry switches. But the price tag is interpreted differently by everyone.
