Oh yeah also no account for the mobo itself since i manually added it. Though they dint tend to need much for the count.

Remove the hd cage andbput in a full size psu in its place.
That will require some hardcore modding though xd

Not needed, it works perfectly fine with the exception that it can't read how much RAM the system has

Easily; the one that comes with the case is more than powerful enough, even with some overclocking.

So I'm thinking of choosing this board http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h61mdgs but the "form factor" numbers don't match. Should I be concerned? This is my board.
