arent you constantly complaining about it dropping the internet
Got fixed.

So when I change mobos I have to re-install Windows 10, however I upgraded from Windows 8.1 and I can't find the W8 installation disk that came with my PC. The only other PC that I can access is an outdated Windows Vista pos.
I have no money so I can't spend $120 on a new installation disk/usb.
any ideas?

no
all steam games are linux compatible
any windows program is linux compatible
just use wine

So theres no way to get a windows OS disk thats above W7 for something not loving $70?
I really do not want to use Linux. I just want my computer to be back to normal, its ridiculous to repair this kind of stuff.

Try this, its the most similar to windows out of all the distros i've tried
http://linuxmint.com/
if you want a mac lookalike try this one
https://elementary.io/

the only other option you have is against the rules, so its out of the question.  your only option besides linux is to spend the money.

Do I need "Wine" to run Windows stuff aswell?
Like this is my only option so I have to go with it, I guess.

yeah, its a quick download
once you get the OS running, open the terminal and put
Code: [Select]
sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install wine
