people who want to get good at something that they're interested in
i've researched almost everything about each hobby that i'm interested in before buying a thing to be in said hobby
it's just good practice to know a lot about something that you plan on doing *cough cough*

EDIT: Is it worth saving a few pennies getting a GTX 950 instead of a 960? The fps difference is only a little and it uses allot les power tho.
