They have the exact same legal content that allows them to collect your files, the only thing they changed was the examples they gave of info that they collect. They changed the examples from "such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders" to "such as the content of your emails in Outlook.com, or files in private folders on OneDrive"
That's what the words "such as" mean.
They're just examples of what they can do. Their legal power hasn't changed. PCGamer sucks at law.
