[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

It's more about the fact that it's the latest socket for intel CPU's with all the current compatibilities. If you're building a midrange rig then you want as much room to improve as possible and the last thing you want to have to do is buy a new motherboard and memory a year or two down the line just because it's the only way to upgrade your CPU. It's the same reason why you spend money on a PSU that puts out more wattage than you need; so that you don't need to buy a new PSU just to upgrade your GPU later on
