thinking of getting the apple extended keyboard II

It'll work but unless you're OK with taking apart the keyboard and soldering in a custom microcontroller to convert the signal from ADB to USB you'll need to shell out $50 for an adapter: http://www.amazon.com/Griffin-2001-ADB-iMate-Universal-adapter/dp/B000067V8L
It's up to you if it's worth it, really.

Why? It's a nice keyboard and far better than the stuffty chiclet key keyboards that Apple ship with their modern computers. It's not more weird than people using old IBM keyboards.

Im also probably gonna get a 1tb HDD... so all there is is the cpu im mostly gonna play fallout 4 intensive games and it seems to me like the A6 - 6420 will limit me.. so i compared on cpuboss and the a6 is more expensive and a way higher rating then the Athlon X4 860 but the Athlon performance is much better... how does this make any loving sense http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Athlon-X4-860K-vs-AMD-A6-6420K

CPUBoss is, to put it politely, not a very accurate website. They usually rate CPUs on completely superficial stuff such as clock speed and transistor count which doesn't have an impact on actual performance. Your current processor is on about the same level as an Intel dual core CPU from 7-ish years ago, ie not very good.
Assuming your budget is still $200, this is what I'd get:
Athlon 860K: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad860kxbjabox (you might need to update your BIOS before you install it)
Zotac GTX 750 ti: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zotac-video-card-zt7060510m - how it'll run FO4: https://youtu.be/kOckcWuKnY0
Before you buy anything though I'd like to know what power supply you have, just so I know it can handle it. Best would be if you could take off the case side panel and take a photo of the spec label on the side.

49.99. That really isnt much. Even for people that dont have money to spare

$50 isn't something everyone can just pull out of their wallet. It's not that America is 'poor' its that things cost money, y'know? You'll understand when you're an adult.

My piece-of-garbage USB network adapter needs to retire. I can't play anything online anymore because it heats up within 20 minutes of playing and stops working. I'm never using a USB one ever again. I'm thinking about getting this card: http://www.microcenter.com/product/383917/TL-WDN4800_N900_Wireless_Dual_Band_PCI_Express_Adapter
I currently have this: http://www.amazon.com/Network-adapters-300Mbps-Wireless-N-Adapter/dp/B00EZV8ZJI/
What does everyone else recommend? I'm looking in the $30 range.
