The 6700K is $400 on PCPartPicker right now, that's almost $100 more than a Haswell i7 and $50 more than a freakin' 5820K. It's insanely overpriced right now due to supply shortage.

You dont need a wired network adapter because its already in the motherboard
You also dont need a wireless adapter if you can get an ethernet cable on your computer. If it is not possible at all that wireless adapter is one of the best out there for the price.
36 Gigs of ram is loving overkill. The games right now dont even use 16Gb. Unless you are going to hardcore video edit stuff than go ahead, but If I where you I would save some money and get 16Gigs.
The R9 390 is the AMD equivalent of the GTX 970 and peforms basicly the same, maybe a slight FPS difference. You can get the R9 for 289.99 dollars wich has 8Gigs of VRAM. (quite allot actually) Unless you want shadowplay and shield n stuff.

If you want a very good case and don't care about looks, This is the stuff. If you get that might want to look out because the window scratches p quickly.
Want to save some money on a case but still want a cool looking case? Get the SPEC-01.
Want to save bucks on your CPU? Get the i5-4590 instead of the 6600. the only real difference is the bus speed.
I dont recommend getting a micro ATX. Get an ATX instead.
DDR4 is also a bit pricy imo. DDR3 is basicly the same only a bit slower and will work fine with playing p demanding games. But spending money on DDR4 is a good thing since games in the future will be more and more demanding.
Your PSU is way overkill, I think the build will use ~500 watt tops. Im not sure tough.
You also want to get some fans for your case. Most cases dont come with any. Well, Mine doesn't.
