They are. Thats about all that can be done in a case that small. The window being on holds the bundle nicely ro the side though.

as someone who owns a mini itx like bisjac, why dont you go ahead and manage the cables ;)

I have a ton of bullstuff crammed in there to. I got the hue+, the grid+, and some usb2.0 header hub. With all the connections from both coolers. There is nowhere to squeeze it all without making a mess. Mini itx cases dont generally have windows for this reason.
