--- Quote from: suburb on January 01, 2016, 04:13:32 PM ---Considering if he even wants a Xeon in the range of not being the same as an i5 then he has to spend at least 300 on it plus a server grade mobo to even take advantage of rendering 1 second faster on said cpu. Xeons will render better when you dual socket then but that costs a lot of money. --- End quote --- Double post I dont give a stuff because phones suck http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-b85g43gaming Mobo is fine I think A xeon is basicly an i7 without the iGPU and the $100 more |

C-C-C-C-COMBOB REAKER Please dont kill me but I decided to get the AMD FX-6300 for my gaming and streaming rig. Honestly looking at benchmarks the FPS difference is very, very low and even higher at games wich utilise more cores. Even on FarCry 4 (wich is the stufftiest port ever made) has an FPS difference of 5 tops over the i5-4460. |

What's the difference between a CPU and a GPU why don't we just use GPUs if they're like a billion times better than any CPU I need to do physics calculations and rendering and high-poly sculpting |
