Intel processors have the best single-threaded performance on the market, and the G3258 can be overclocked for an extra boost. [*]Linux doesn't use much RAM, so 4GB should be enough. [*]Sticking to integrated graphics since they should be enough unless you want to run lots of shaders/AA. [*]I'm not sure 100% sure on the storage, but an SSD should be large enough for even a few hundred PS1/PSP games and will improve responsiveness compared to an HDD.
