Quadros are business cards for stuff like video editing and 3D rendering. They suck at gaming, so don't use them for that.

this is happening again after it stopped for a while, guess it was good to get the ssd after all
and it's also good that i saved my stuff because i bsod'd again

Windows is horribly bad at gauging the actual speed of hard drives.
It says 99% when in reality it is only reading/writing a few MB/s.
Run CrystalDiskMark and see how fast your drive really is.
