Edit: lol gay my case only supports cooler up to 155mm while literally every good cooler is 160mm.

The TX3 EVO and 212 EVO should both be good enough; I'd get the TX3 since it's cheaper, easier to install and shouldn't have RAM clearance issues.

Hyper T4 is great too and cheap. I get ~24c idle with my overclocked 4690k.
