The best PSU brands go as follow : XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair (High end only, their low tier ones are crap)
Mainly due to the fact those brands use high end solid capacitors, always go for solid capacitors.

It's more about how long it might last rather than being objectively bad. Most won't have any issues for years beyond their warranty expires but some may fail quickly
