[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

im having an issue picking out what is the best possible mitx z170 mobo. And i need a x4pci m.2 on it. All 3 brands have good contenders at the top.

anyone have some good lga1155 processor recommendations? i have an i3-3220 atm and that's pretty much the last thing in my rig that i haven't gotten an upgrade of besides my mobo. I've got like $200 to spend

though are you just upgrading? that seems like spendy when it may be better to plan a new round of mobo/cpu/ram

I suggest saving up, getting an LGA1151 and buy a skylake

yeah i've been in a process of upgrading for a couple months now. recently picked up some new fans and 16gb of ram. my mobo is kind of old though so i would be open to getting a new one
