my 1150 pentium was a dual core at 3.2 ghz iirc, and it had the same performance as my 6350 AMD, which was overclocked to 4.5 ghz

i even got better FPS in some games

i only have personal experience that LGA 1150 pentium but these should be fine too and better

you could shoot for an i3 as well if you have the money
