Is it Overclocked maybe? Many mobos have something called Auto OC or Turbo Mode, and that basically overclocks to a preset.
Are you using a stock heatsink? Is it full of dust? Its possible that the heatsink may have slightly unmounted itself somehow or the thermal paste could be baked on.

Really noisy and stuff temps, maybe intel improved the stock ones over the years or something.
