I disabled OC, and found the problem. The animal that installed the proc put the thermometer between the CPU and the sink, not on the sink. The paste was burnt to crisp. I've claned it and currently applying new thermal paste.

Wow I have never head of somebody doing that, the thermal probe should go in between the fins for the best temps.
Also for paste Artic Silver is hands down the best, I hope you use something like that.

I use a national thermal paste which is used by government servers so I assume it's good because they like to stream soccer at 2k.
