My mom got a blu ray player that streams netflix and my sister got a laptop. The worst part about it is that i'm only going over my 250GB cap by like 5-7 gigs. Every month before january im way under the cap but now with everyone streaming stuff It's jumped a solid 90 gigs. I wish there was a way to pay a penalty like with a phone. A dollar or something for every gig over the limit. The best part in the letter they sen me was "over 99% of our residential users are utilizing this service within the set bandwith cap limits.". Like that means loving stuff to me, if everyone is under the cap why can't I go over, loving hate ISP's. I wish I had the option to go FIOS there 50/25 is about the same price as my 15/3 unbundled. I'm pretty sure the shutoff only happens if you get the 3 warnings in a certain time period. Because they'll only bitch if it's consecutively. |

Ok guys I need some help. I'm trying to use netflix on my laptop, and it's getting stuck at 98% when it's loading. I've reinstalled silverlight so that shouldn't be the issue. Google hasn't turned up anything about it. Can anybody help? nevermind it just took a while to load. |
