There are tons of benchmarks around to prove all of this. But it's not to say that AMD processors are terrible, they are very good, but Intel manages to still win. |

The i7 having 6 cores, AMD 8. AMD having 2.1 GHz and the i7 having 3.20 GHz. |

If you spend a certain amount of money, AMD is the right way to go. If you have the money to buy a high end CPU, Intel is the way to go. I have the Phenom II x4 965, and I guarantee Intel could not provide better quality and performance for $100 than that little thing. |
