Depends mostly on the mouse. Currently using palm, last mouse was claw

I guess I'm basically claw, I'm sort of in the middle between the two. I rest my hand on the mouse but my palm doesn't touch it.

I'm using the claw grip when holding a spoon or something similar at the same time (yes i am eating in front of my pc) and the paml grip for "normal"
What shall I select
