Let me know if I'm forgetting anything (I'm not paying for the monitor and windows). |

looks good to me if you can you can spend an extra 10 dollars and get the i7 3770k for 230 from microcenter, not that you'll ever need one |

Use no case and attach all of your parts to the bottom of a desk. Being upside down will help them keep dust off. |
