[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

Calculating absolute lowest pay I predict Ill have about $1000 for a computer come next school year.
Thats working 10 weeks in the summer, 7 hours a day, 5 days a week with $350 a week. My boss said some weeks Ill earn $600, so it looks like Ill be building a computer this summer.
